  4. Once we have your questionnaire, we'll edit your pack and deliver your custom Canva link (and PNG file posts) within 48 hours* (Mon-Fri)

Questionnaire: what we'll need from you

  • In the spreadsheet, you’ll be asked to provide:
  • Your brand colour hex codes (e.g. #D4A373) or Pantone numbers. If you're not using brand colours yet, tell us the shades you tend to use and we'll recommend 4 shades for your pack
  • Your primary and secondary font choices
  • A few words about your brand vibe (e.g. modern, playful, romantic, edgy, scientific, retro...)
  • Optional: Links to your existing Instagram or brand kit
  • Optional: Any brand imagery or headshots you want included

Once you purchase this service, you’ll receive a Dropbox link with everything you need to get started — including a quick How It Works guide and a short brand questionnaire.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Fill out the questionnaire: Share your brand colours (hex codes), fonts, and a few notes about your style or tone. Optional: upload any logos, imagery, or links to help us match your vibe.
  2. We'll customise your pack: Using your brand info, we’ll tailor your chosen Glow-Hive template pack — updating colours, fonts, and style to make it feel like it was made just for you.
  3. You’ll receive a custom Canva link: Within 48 hours (Mon–Fri), we’ll deliver your customised pack — ready for you to post, tweak, or save as needed.

You'll receive an instant download link to access yor questionnaire in a free Dropbox folder. You'll also receive a FREE Canva link to your pre-edited template pack.

You can send us the assets and information we need either via a Dropbox folder or WeTransfer, or even email if the assets are minimal

We will return your personalised pack via a new Canva and FREE download link, plus email the posts as PNG files,

If you selected new imagery, we will share that with you via a FREE Dropbox folder.
